Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer the option to return or exchange.

Please read the following conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return.

To ensure your return is processed promptly and correctly please note the following:

The request for return or exchange needs to be informed within 7days of the delivery of the product. Since a third party, i.e., Courier company is involved, the return procedure takes 15 working days to be completed. On receiving the garment, our team will take upto 2 working days to inspect the product. If all our conditions for replacements are met, the amount paid by you towards the garment, after deducting the COD and shipping charges, will be reimbursed in the form of a OUI credit/ Card( if paid by card) on our website This OUI credit is valid for a period of 3months from date of issue.

Items must be in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached and invoice.
Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed and free from any markings, make-up, self-tanner, Odour, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder.

Items marked "SALE" are not eligible for return.

For any returns, to and fro shipping amount plus COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of OUI credit.

Cancellation of any product/s, once purchased on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Please note that you need to put up a return request on our website before returning the product. We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached. We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 30 days after receiving your return as below:

Card: If you have paid by card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used. Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.

  • Exchange requests can be created when the return request is submitted.
  • We offer the option to return your items and exchange for the same item in another size or select different products directly on our website.
  • If we do not have the exchange item requested in stock a OUI credit will automatically be issued for the return.
  • If a discount was used on the original purchase, the exchange will be processed for the original discount amount for each item. New discount codes are not able to be used for exchange requests.
