Shipping Policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and as we take precautions to keep our warehouse employees safe, there may be a delay in shipping orders. We appreciate your extended patience and understanding during this time.

Free shipping is available on all products, all across India.
The item will be shipped in 5-7 days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability. Business days excluding public holidays and Sunday.
The ordered consignment is usually delivered at the destination within 7-14 days of shipment for domestic orders.
All items are dispatched by reputed courier/transport companies or Indian/International Postal Services. These packages can be tracked using the Tracking ID provided by us on respective
logistic partner websites.
In case of a difference in the buyer and the consignee address, the same should be stated at the time of placing the order. Changes in the same at a later stage are not possible.
We usually take orders only for in-stock items. But if the item is out of stock, the same shall be informed to the customer once the order has been placed. The products under offer are mostly handmade creations and sometimes due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (that are beyond control), it may not be possible to fulfill the placed order. The customer, if desired, can
cancel his order and payment if already made will be refunded. The customer cannot legally hold us responsible in any manner for such an order cancellation. In any circumstances, the refund value shall not exceed the payment made against the placed order.
All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
Mostly all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. However, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates
In this case, we will send an email, intimating to you about the issue and revised shipment/Delivery date.
Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the items, packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products on our site. This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.
